The 72” mowing deck and top-of-the-line suspension system with mowing deck height compensation help operators get the job done well while also creating a smooth, comfortable ride. Kawasaki 38.5 hp EFI Engine and Electronic Throttle Control – The 38.5 hp STIHL® RZ 960i K and STIHL® RZ 972i K feature a Kawasaki Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) engine and electronic throttle control which provides fuel-efficient and easy operation.
Commercial-Grade Hydro-Gear® ZT-5400 Transaxles Include 9" Cooling Fans – Hydro-Gear® ZT-5400 transaxles offer a top forward ground speed of twelve mph and a top reverse speed of five mph, as well as nine inch cooling fans to prevent overheating.
Heavy-Duty 10" Cast Iron Greaseable Mower Deck Spindles with Taper Lock Pulleys – The STIHL® RZ 900 Series features taper lock spindle pulleys to ensure perfect belt alignment and the tightest fit between the pulley and spindle to ensure a long service life.
Deluxe Seat with Armrests – Deluxe seating includes armrests to ensure a comfortable ride throughout the job.
