  • Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the items in your order. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, actual shipping costs may vary due to the following factors:

    • Location: Shipping to remote or less accessible areas may incur higher charges.
    • Item Weight and Size: Actual weight and dimensions may exceed initial estimates, resulting in higher carrier charges.
    • Carrier Adjustments: Shipping carriers may adjust their rates, which can affect the final shipping cost.

    If there is a significant change in the shipping cost for your order, we will notify you promptly and request any additional payment required. You will have the option to proceed with the revised cost or make adjustments to your order. For questions about shipping costs, please contact our customer support team.


    When Will My Order Ship?

    If all products in your order are marked as "In Stock," we aim to process and ship within 2–12 business days (Monday–Friday). Transit time will depend on your location, weather conditions, and the shipping carrier's schedule.

    Please note: Not all parts are stocked in our warehouse. Some parts may need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer, which can add 7–10 business days to the processing time. If your order includes such items, we will notify you promptly with an estimated availability date.

    If your order contains backordered products, we will source them from our vendor and dispatch your complete order as soon as possible. We typically ship once all items are available. However, if you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner or need a backorder update, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


    How Will My Order Ship?

    We use various carriers depending on the size and weight of your order. Orders may ship directly from our warehouse or be drop shipped from the manufacturer.

    • Under 150 lbs: Generally shipped via UPS or USPS. Signature is not required upon delivery.
    • Over 150 lbs: Shipped via LTL freight carrier such as R&L Carriers or Southeastern Freight. See below for LTL receiving instructions.

    You will receive an email with shipment and tracking details once your order leaves our facility. Please allow a few hours for the carrier's website to reflect updated tracking information.


    Receiving an LTL Freight Shipment

    Items over 150 lbs ship via LTL freight and require signature confirmation. This is a curbside delivery service — items will be delivered to the curb of your driveway. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

    Important: Inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival for any visible or hidden damage or missing parts. If any issues are found, note them with the delivery driver before accepting or refusing the shipment. Failure to do so may result in difficulties with claim processing. If you refuse a delivery, contact us immediately so we can arrange a return and work toward a resolution.


    Processing Time vs. Transit Time

    • Processing Time: The period required to verify your order and payment, and to prepare your items for shipment.
    • Transit Time: The time it takes the carrier to deliver your order after it has been picked up from our warehouse or the manufacturer.

    Transit times vary based on your location, weather, and carrier availability. We are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates.


    What Is a Lift-Gate?

    A lift-gate is a hydraulic platform attached to the back of a delivery truck that safely lowers heavy items to the ground. We strongly recommend selecting a lift-gate service if your delivery location is residential or if you do not have the equipment to unload large items. Note that some items may be too large for a lift-gate and will require a forklift — this will be clearly noted on the product page.


    Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

    We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.


    Expedited Shipping

    Expedited shipping is not available at checkout but can be arranged by contacting us directly via phone or email. Additional charges will apply. Please note that expedited shipping affects transit time only — it does not reduce the 2–12 business day processing time.


    Item Stock Status

    We strive to maintain accurate stock information, but availability is not guaranteed. Please refer to the following general timelines:

    • Parts In Stock: Typically ships within 1–2 business days.
    • Special Order Parts: Generally available within 5–10 business days, subject to manufacturer lead times.
    • Parts Ordered from Manufacturer: Some parts are not stocked in our warehouse and must be ordered directly from the manufacturer. These items may take an additional 7–10 business days to become available. We will notify you if your order includes any such parts.

    If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days and given the option to keep the order open or cancel it.


    Packaging and Repacking

    Our shipping specialists may open and repack products to add protection or include additional parts for safe delivery. If your package appears to have been opened or repackaged, please verify that your order is complete and undamaged. Some products may ship without their original packaging due to bulk shipments from our vendors. All products are brand new and include full warranty coverage unless otherwise stated.


    Cancellation Policy

    • Order Placement: By placing an order, you acknowledge that some items may not be in stock and may require a processing time of 2–12 business days.
    • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipment.
    • Cancellation After 24 Hours: After the initial 24-hour period, cancellations are only permitted if your order has not yet shipped within 12 days from the order date.
    • How to Cancel: Contact our customer support team at 1-888-993-9326 with your order number. We will verify the status of your order and assist you accordingly.
    • Refunds: If your order qualifies for cancellation, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days. Additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

    Typographical Errors

    We reserve the right to cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged and the order is canceled, a full credit will be issued to your account.


    Shipping Restrictions

    We ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.
