You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipment. We will notify you via email within 5 business days if we are unable to fulfill your order. You will have the option to keep the order open or cancel it for a full refund.
We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price. If your card has already been charged, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
At this time we do not offer financing or payment plans. All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

Please note that some parts must be ordered directly from the manufacturer, which can add 7–10 additional business days.
No. We ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO military addresses.
Orders under 150 lbs are typically shipped via UPS or USPS and do not require a signature. Orders over 150 lbs are shipped via LTL freight carrier (such as R&L Carriers or Southeastern Freight) and require a signature. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
A lift-gate is a hydraulic platform on the back of a delivery truck that lowers heavy items safely to the ground. If you are at a residential address or do not have a forklift available, we strongly recommend requesting lift-gate service. Some oversized items may require a forklift regardless — this will be noted on the product page.
Inspect your shipment carefully before signing. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt as "Possible Freight Damage" before signing. If items are missing or severely damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at 1-888-993-9326 so we can arrange a resolution.
Expedited shipping is not available at checkout but can be arranged by contacting us directly. Additional charges will apply. Please note that expedited shipping only reduces transit time — it does not affect the standard 2–12 business day processing period.
Please allow a few hours after receiving your tracking notification for the carrier's system to reflect updated information. If tracking has not updated after 48 hours, contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

Stock status is displayed on each product page. Parts marked "In Stock" typically ship within 1–2 business days. Special order parts generally take 5–10 business days. Parts that must be ordered from the manufacturer may take an additional 7–10 business days. We will notify you if your order includes any items requiring a manufacturer order.
No. All Wacker Neuson parts are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Please confirm compatibility with our team before purchasing.
We strongly recommend using OEM parts to maintain equipment performance and warranty coverage. Aftermarket parts may void manufacturer warranties. We sell only genuine OEM parts.
Unopened items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened items returned within 10 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number — contact us at 1-888-993-9326 to initiate a return.
The following items are non-returnable and sold as final sale: engines, short blocks, decks, electrical parts, carburetors, gaskets, seals, single-use parts, and all Wacker Neuson parts. Equipment that has been filled with gas or oil, installed items, and built-to-order products are also non-returnable.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your original order included free shipping, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Inspect your order upon delivery. If damage is suspected, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. For defects, we recommend testing your product within 15 days of receipt and contacting us or the manufacturer's service department immediately.
Missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the items received, all sides of the shipping box, and the shipping label. Failure to report within 24 hours will result in denial of replacement or refund.
