Thank you for choosing 2M Equipment for your outdoor equipment needs. We are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our return policy guidelines carefully.


Return Material Authorization (RMA)

All returns require a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 1-888-993-9326 or use our contact form. Our team will guide you through the process and provide an RMA number along with detailed return instructions. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.


Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.


Items Sold as Final Sale

Certain items are non-returnable and are sold as final sale. These include:

  • Engines
  • Short blocks
  • Decks
  • Electrical parts
  • Carburetors

All Wacker Neuson parts are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Please confirm compatibility and specifications with our customer service team before purchasing any Wacker Neuson parts.

Unopened Merchandise Returns

You may return unopened products and accessories within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • An RMA number is required.
  • You are responsible for return shipping using a prepaid method.
  • If your original purchase included free shipping, outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • We may request feedback regarding the reason for return.

Opened Merchandise Returns

Opened items returned within 10 days of delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning, and repackaging.

  • Items must be returned in resalable condition, with original materials and packaging.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Outbound shipping costs (if originally free) will be deducted from the refund.

Please note: Gaskets, seals, electrical components, and single-use parts are non-returnable regardless of condition or packaging.


Engine-Powered Equipment

Due to federal shipping regulations, any equipment that has been filled with gas or oil cannot be returned. If issues arise, the equipment must be taken to an authorized service center for warranty repairs.


Factory Direct Items

Items shipped directly from the manufacturer are eligible for return only with written manufacturer approval.

  • Return shipping (both directions) and a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
  • Some products may include shipping in the retail price, which is non-refundable.

If you anticipate needing to return a factory direct item, please contact us before purchasing.


Canceled Orders

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If a shipment is refused at delivery, you will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.


Built-to-Order Items

Custom or built-to-order products shipped by the manufacturer are non-returnable. These items are made specifically for you and are not stocked in our warehouse.


Installed Items

Items that have been installed are not eligible for return. Any issues resulting from improper installation are the sole responsibility of the installer or purchaser. Warranty claims may be submitted based on the manufacturer's policies.


Damaged or Defective Products

Before signing any delivery receipt, inspect your shipment carefully.

  • If damage is suspected, sign with "Possible Freight Damage" noted on the receipt.
  • For defects, we recommend testing your product within 15 days of receipt. Contact our team or the manufacturer's service department for support.

Missing Items Policy

If any items are missing from your order, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide the following:

  • Photos and/or videos of the items received
  • Clear images of the shipping box (all sides)
  • A photo of the shipping label on the box

Failure to report missing items within 24 hours will result in denial of replacement or refund.
